We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- ALL returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days from the purchase date
- ALL tags must be attached to the returning item(s)
- ALL online sales are final! This includes Facebook and Instagram
- ALL refunds will be returned for store credit on a gift card (no cash refunds)
- A layaway contract is eight (8) weeks
- A bi-weekly payment is required
- As long as the payments are made on time, the merchandise will be held for you. After a 2 week missed payment ALL items will be returned and the deposit will be non refundable.
- No sale items are allowed to be put on layaway.
- A minimum of 15% is required at the time the layaway is held
- Customer is responsible to keep up with payment dates
Holiday Layaway Policy
- No price adjustments are allowed on clearance items or Holiday merchandise
- No “New” Layaways will be accepted between December 18th 2017 – January 31st 2018
- When a specific name is ordered the customer is required to put 15% down at the time of request (we cannot resale after it is done)
- We ask for two (2) weeks notice in advance for ALL orders
- Bring any inspirations you may have on paper – this makes it easier on us to understand what it is that you want 🙂
